- How does per-unit pricing work?
- You pay a flat monthly fee for every active unit in your portfolio. Vacant units are still billed (since they're being marketed and tracked), but units in renovation can be paused.
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes — Starter and Growth come with a 30-day free trial. No credit card required. You can import your portfolio and run it in parallel with your existing tools before switching.
- Do you charge transaction fees on rent collected?
- No. Card processing fees are passed through at cost (Stripe / Network International rates). Bank transfers via UAE IBAN are free.
- Can we self-host on our own Azure / AWS account?
- Enterprise customers can deploy Siyana into their own VPC, with data residency in the UAE or Saudi region. We support managed and self-hosted deployments.
